Axle Flips

A common problem in Western Colorado is that the places we like to camp don't always have the best roads. A simple solution to gaining more clearance on your trailer is doing an “axle flip.” We move the axles from above the leaf spring to underneath, making this a cost-conscience fix that can give 4” - 6” of lift and keeps you from dragging your back end.

Installing a subframe

If you have torsion axles or just need more lift, we can still accommodate. We can weld steel box tubing onto your trailer frame and space your axles down 2”- 6”. For more information watch our video explaining the process.
